Description

Job Title Sales Representative Purpose & Scope Responsible for the implementation of the marketing and sales activities meeting pre-set targets and exposing the company products in the market in a proper manner that can enhance public awareness, and expand customers’ database. Key Responsibilities 1. Develops and implement effective visit plans for existing clients to analyze needs, proposes solutions, demonstrates products, shows samples and takes sales orders to meet targets. 2. Searches the market and identifies sales prospects. Makes appropriate contacts to understand needs, propose alternatives and demonstrate appropriate products to meet new prospect needs. 3. Performs the implementation of the marketing plan and advertising campaign through participating in public events to help increase sales revenues; Designs and sets-up advertising signs and distributes promotional tools and marketing materials on a periodical-basis and/or as necessary. 4. Visits and coordinates with clients and beauty centers to display merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales. 5. Coordinates quotations with clients, negotiates prices, terms of sales, credit terms, and other specifications according to company policy and own authority . Prepares sales and service agreements and records orders. 6. Answers clients’ inquiries, identifies and resolves their concerns through orientation sessions explaining product specifications and benefits for better selection and successful convincing. 7. Follows-up with Stock Keeper to ensure availability of items based on clients’ needs. 8. Follows –up with clients the quality of products and services. Communicates new lines and service opportunities. Proposes special sales activities to reduce stock in accordance with related policy. Establishes positive relationships and maintains rapport for continuous business process. 9. Follows –up the preparation and delivery of statement of accounts to clients. Participates in collecting due payments and coordinates with concerned parties to ensure all due payments are received. 10. Develops and updates knowledge of own and competitors’ products. Collects necessary data on competitive products; its brands, prices, offers, new technologies, etc. Provides feedback on the position of the company products in the market and proposes methods that can help increase sales revenues. 11. Assists in the delivery of the sold products to clients’ locations based on sales invoices and according to planned schedules ensuring prompt, correct and safe delivery. 12. Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 13. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
